SlipSki Frame Warranty
SlipSki Solutions Lifetime warranty includes the frame, all welded parts and all hardware. SlipSki Solutions will choose whether the warranty issue needs to be repaired, replaced or refunded. This warranty excludes normal wear and tear, damage caused by user error, named storms and dock failure. SlipSki Solutions will give recommendations on dock repairs needed and/or reinforcement for mounts prior to installing your product, but it is up to the end user to ensure sufficient reinforcement is added and the dock is in suitable condition.
Any damage that is caused from a failure of dock mounts due to poor dock condition or inadequate reinforcement at mounting locations will not be covered under warranty.
Cover Fabric Warranty
HarborTime Edge is warranted for a period of seven years (7) from the date of installation in a marine cover, top or enclosure end use. This warranty protects the end user from excessive loss of color or strength from normal exposure conditions including sunlight, mildew, rot and normal atmospheric chemicals that may render the fabric unserviceable. The warranty does not cover seam leakage, damage from Acts of God, vandalism, neglect, improper cleaning, and improper use.
